DT Project - Armoire Mini Album

This mini album was a custom design by Gina's Designs. Ready made designs are available in the shop at Craft Happens, and this mini or your own custom designs are also available.  You can also purchase directly from Gina's Designs.  Although I'm leaning more towards altered art projects these days, I thoroughly enjoyed making this mini.  I made it more in the direction of an altered art project anyway, and I just love the armoire shape.  If I had room in my home, I would have a shabby chic piece painted just like this one.  The pages have areas that open to reveal photo and journaling opportunities.  You can see how it opens in the video on my YouTube channel.

Breaking Dawn Tag Swap

Somehow I missed posting this one.  Hummm, I did the video for my youtube but forgot to post the tag over here.  Anyway, here it is, and  I had so much fun creating it.  It's so soft and fluffy!

I had so much fun creating this. I found an image I liked and it just took off from there! Totally unplanned.

Mixed Media - Twilight Breaking Dawn

A Mixed Media art piece done on a 7 x 9 reverse canvas from the dollar bin. I used an abstract looking crackle technique on the background and added lots of dimension. The photo is printed and cut 4 times with the top layer slightly off center to the other three layers to create more shadow. I love how it came out.

Canvas - DT Project - Mixed Media Wizard of Oz

Mixed Media Wizard of Oz on canvas. This canvas features the Graphic 45 paper line, and the lazer cut chipboard pieces are from Gina's Designs. I have used our antique bike (lower left), the chipboard shoe (lower right), and in the upper right a gate leading to the emerald city, and the hot air balloon.

Twilight Altered Cigar Box for swap at MAS

This Twilight Cigar Box was made for my partner Lisa at Mini Album Scraps as part of our swapping vampire group. You can also view it in video on my You Tube channel.

Pinup Themed Altered Cigar Box

A Design Team Project for Mini Album Scraps. This altered Cigar box features the gorgeous shoe and doilies available at our shop. The box is decorated in a pinup theme and is is protected with gel medium in gloss to protect the finish. The paper line is DCWV Femme Fatale.

DT Project for Gina's Designs - Under The Sea

A mixed media canvas. This is my design team project for March for Gina's Designs. In this piece I used the lazer cut chipboard gears and gears corner sets available in the shop.
